'Hey everyone. I really hope that everyone is staying healthy and safe during this time. I am very lucky to have access to a small training pool and thought that it would be valuable to breakdown my full swim workout using swim cords and the swim bungee ropes. Hopefully there are some handy tips and tricks that will help you if you are looking to do a similar type of session. My 3 top tips..... 1- SWIM WITH A SNORKEL This helps SO MUCH with this kind of session and avoids water up your nose with the wash of the water around you 2 - POINT OF REFERENCE - I\'ve added a brick at the bottom of the pool which helps to keep me centred and swimming straight 3- MIX UP THE SESSION - It can be pretty hard to just swim and get this done and i\'ve found that mixing up with you are doing with some kick, single arm drills, sprints really makes the time fly past. /Sam __________ http://instagram.com/sambetten __________ Music: Epidemic Sounds'
