'This workout is a must do for everyone! These exercises incorporate Pilates and strengthening moves to avoid the dreaded dowager hump as we age. When our thoracic spine becomes curved overtime due to poor posture, it creates multiple other alignment issues in the body, ultimately causing pain. Focusing on our postural muscles helps us sit and stand with better posture throughout the day. After this workout you will feel stronger and stand taller! You will need one small dumbbell for this workout. I recommend 2-3 pounds. Please make sure that you are warmed up prior to completing these exercises. This is a perfect video to do after a walk or one of my short cardio workouts! Please excuse the editing blooper about half way in! Oops!
