'Welcome back to my channel. I was finally able to get some smoke pork and pig snout and couldn’t wait to make this soup. I used as few ingredients as possible to keep it simple and easy to follow. INGREDIENTS: 1 lb smoke pork 1 lb pig snout(boiled out most of the salt) 2 carrots sliced Fresh thyme 1/2 onion 4 cloves garlic diced Pumpkin diced Green onion/scallions 1/2 christophene/chayote Yam diced 4 russet potatoes diced 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp black pepper 1-2 tsp salt 1 cup flour 1/4 cup cornmeal 1 scotch bonnet pepper Total Cook time: 30-40 minutes Dough makes up to 10 small dumplings Got a burn from frying plantain yall
