VINEETA SINGH: Vineeta Singh is the Co-founder & CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics, India\'s fastest growing beauty brand with a distribution network of 10,000+ branded retail outlets in more than 100 cities. She is a TEDx Speaker and alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Ahmedabad. At the age of 23, she declined one of the highest pre-placement offers of Rs. 1 Crore from an internal investment bank to start up. Apart from this, she has the distinction of finishing 15+ marathons, 3 back-to-back 89kms Comrades Ultramarathons between 2012-2014 and the IRONMAN Triathlon - which is largely considered as the toughest single-day sporting event in the world - in Austria and in 16 hours. KAUSHIK MUKHERJEE: Kaushik Mukherjee is the Co-founder & COO of SUGAR Cosmetics - one of the fastest-growing beauty startups that is a cult favorite amongst millennials and backed by marquee venture funds. An IIM Ahmedabad/BITS Pilani alumnus, his career included working in the world\'s best investment banking (Goldman Sachs) and consulting (McKinsey & Co.) firms before he gave it all up to start something of his own. Apart from work, he is an amateur endurance athlete and is one of the few Indians to complete the IRONMAN triathlon - a 4km swim + 180 km cycle + 42.2 km run event that is largely regarded as the toughest single-day endurance sporting event in the world.'See also:
