'Lush How It’s Made: Twilight Sparkle Jar'

(You’ll love this one if you’ve grown to love Sleepy Body Lotion or Twilight Bath Bomb!) This buttery, crescent moon-shaped jar contains lots of sparkly, soothing dusting powder. When you run out of lavender-y powder, melt the jar itself onto your skin for a touch of sensational shimmer. Join Cherry and Mick from our manufacturing team as they show us how they make this sparkling, skin-softening delight.   First, we melt a mountain of moisturizing fair trade cocoa butter before we add lots of plastic-free glitter. Relaxing and soothing ylang ylang and lavender oils are next, followed by even more glitter for extra sparkle. Then, it’s time to mix everything up. The mix is poured by hand into the crescent moon mold and left to set overnight. The next day, we fill all the sparkle jars with irresistible lavender dusting powder, then seal them shut with some melted cocoa butter. And that’s it! Prepare to wow your fellow mortals.
