'Hi Guys, today I’m going to talk to you this Argan Oil that I tried recently. I’ve been looking for an organic alternative to my night cream and decided to buy this oil. Link to Organic Argan Oil: http://amzn.to/1D2BQ88 I bought it online, it’s 100% pure organic argan oil by Aria Starr. I got this particular product because it has only one ingredient - argan oil. There’s no added fragrance, parabens, alcohol, preservatives, animal ingredients or colors. And it is a product of Morocco. The Argan tree grows in Southwestern Morocco. The Argan nuts are cracked and the kernels inside are pressed to make Argan oil. This is done manually by women who work in a fair-trade cooperative. That means the workers get a fair wage. There’s a lot of manual work that goes into this oil which is the reason it is valuable. This 1 ounce bottle is about $13 online which is inexpensive when compared to other brands that cost $40 or more. You don’t want to spend a lot of money especially when you’re trying something new and don’t know if it’ll work for your skin. This is a glass bottle with a dropper. Take two drops and apply it to your face. I applied a few drops all over my face and neck last night after I used a cleanser. When I put it on, it didn’t feel greasy and I felt it being absorbed quickly. This morning, my face felt really soft and I had no negative reaction to the oil. I used the Argan oil on my hair a few days ago. My hair is wavy and can get dry and frizzy so I need to use a decent amount of hair product. I washed my hair and applied the oil when my hair was almost dry. The argan oil made my hair soft and gave it a nice shine. But it didn’t completely tame the frizz so I still have to use a hair product. I was impressed at how soft my hair was even after a few days. I think my hair really absorbed the oil and it stayed soft. If you have straight hair or easier to manage hair with little frizz, you could probably get away with using just a few drops of the oil daily instead of another hair product. For me, I’ll probably use it once a week to keep my hair soft. I love that the oil doesn’t have any strong smell. It smells like a combination of fruit and olive oil. The smell is mild. You can use the oil on your hands and rough spots on your body. The best thing about this oil is that I don’t have to worry about what’s in it, it’s 100% organic oil and that’s it.
