'I VIDEO TAPED MY INTERVIEW FOR MAC COSMETICS !  Hey Loves,   I applied for an \"on call\" position for MAC Cosmetics and they sent me an email to do  pre-liminary interview. They are doing a new way of doing their first interviews by using a system call HireVue, that video tapes you answering a series of questions they provide.  This system gives you 2 chances to re-do and review the answers to the questions you visually provide. It was a little weird doing this online, but I have to go with the flow of technology. It was pretty interesting.
