'I had to step outside my comfort zone several times for @shecosmetics. Running a small but mighty business means there are a lot of jobs and tasks that need to get done that are outside my world of expertise. I handle everything from customer relations to PR to designing to packing orders to reviewing contracts to hiring people to accounting. Just everything! I wear a gajillion hats a day! I take calls in between tapings and work less than ideal hours to fit it all in. It’s not as glamorous as it might seem. Says the woman who worked so hard to perfect @shecosmeticsph formula.
