Shannon Collins, RDH: So, people sometimes ask me what makes our hygiene team and the type of cleanings we can do here at The Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry different than they would get if they went somewhere else. There's several answers to that! First of all, our team adheres to a mantra really that's "constant and never ending improvement" and our entire team adheres to that. From our front office staff to everyone that works in the back, so we are always trying to improve; we never want to be stale. Part of that is that our hygiene team has been specifically trained in cosmetic dentistry and in the maintenance of cosmetic dentistry. We take advanced CE courses from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and we have licenses from Las Vegas Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry. We just do a lot of extra things to make sure that we're always on top of everything, and that we have the best information and tools available to treat our patients the best.
