Add phase A ingredients into a glass beaker and heat to 70C/160F. Step 2. Add phase B to another glass beaker and start with 11-14), then when dissolved sprinkle 15) into the mix and blend well, using a sheer mixer, homogenizer or stick blender. Step 3.
