'Culinary historian, Massimo Montanari, stated that FOOD IS CULTURE. He mentions that from the capture, to cultivation, to the preparation, to the consumption, is all a cultural act. Delish embodies this concept, and as a result, the dining experience is a direct reflection of Ethiopian culture. During my visit, I enjoyed Ethiopia\'s national dish, Doro Wat. To say it was impressive, is an understatement. The flavors were of brilliant character. My compliments to the Chef Amy!!!
