'Glycerites are sweet herbal tinctures which use vegetable glycerin to extract the active constituents and flavor from an herb or fruit. This is a tested recipe that can be used to create any glycerite you desire. Keep in mind that the higher the water content of your raw material the less water is needed in your final glycerite. I make mine at 70% (total volume of glycerine) which works well at self preserving my final products.
