'Eden Gebre Egziabher is the owner and operator of Makina Cafe, New York’s only Ethiopian and Eritrean food truck. These days, due to the Coronavirus, Eden’s profits have dwindled and her job description has changed drastically. Her trucks are off the street, but Eden is determined to keep her business alive.
