'In Bungee Fitness class you will feel safe and secure wearing climbing harnesses which are attached to bungees. The bungees cords offer levity and buoyancy and that means you will be able to do conventional exercises that were previously impossible in other fitness classes and sweat it out while having the joy of your life! You can expect to burn up a minimal 500 to 1000 calories per class, depending on the amount of effort put in and the intensity of the session. Recommend for those looking for a full workout with low impact that combines HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), cardio and muscle toning movements, all in one session.
