'@MastersofSmoke smoker and grill experts, John McLemore & John McLemore Sr., show how to smoke spare ribs on the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker. INGREDIENTS • 2 - Slabs pork spare ribs • KOSMOS Q Honey Chipotle Killer Bee dry rub • KOSMOS Q Honey Jalapeno BBQ sauce • Apple juice INSTRUCTIONS 1. Pull membrane from back of ribs 2. Place in large aluminum pan and coat with seasoning. 3. Set Gravity Grill/Smoker to 225 degrees 4. Place ribs on middle and top rack with aluminum tray on bottom rack and smoke for 2 hours. 5. Remove and place on sheet of aluminum foil coat with sauce and double wrap. 6. Place back on Gravity for 2 hours. 7. Remove, unwrap and coat again with sauce and finish on the Gravity for 30 mins at 300 degrees.
