'Today we are going to cold smoke some cured salmon and sharp cheddar cheese. I am using a smoker tube - smoke generator to produce a cold smoke. We are using our gas grill as a smoke house. The smoker tube will burn for 4 hours giving the salmon and cheese a nice smokey flavor.
