'In this video we will see how to make lemon chicken at home. This recipe is the typical lemon chicken recipe indian style where the chicken pieces are allowed to soak in the flavor from the lemon juice and the lemon zest. There are two steps in which the flavors are absorbed, the first step is during the marination phase after which the chicken pieces are fried and then subjected to the second phase of flavor infusion through the lemon sauce. This is a really refreshing and exciting recipe which has a quite different taste compared to other chicken recipes.'
