'The BEST Instant Pot Roast Recipe! Dump and Go!'

It only takes a few ingredients and everyone will love it!   Your carrots will be VERY well done. The thicker your carrots, the better they will taste. My family likes them well done, but cut your carrots how you like them!  I used a 2 pound roast, but you could use a 3 or 4 pound roast. Same recipe, just add 10 minutes to your cooking time.
