All you need is a sturdy chair and a relaxing area in your home.  Incorporating standing into our exercises is a great way to strengthen our posture. We use our backs and legs throughout the day and strengthening these areas can help you feel more confident and strong during your daily routines.  As always, the focus is on being aware of your comfort levels and to only attempt moves that you feel comfortable with.  I hope you enjoy these very useful and helpful routines!
