You can use a recipe, measure everything exactly, with all the right ingredients or you can free style, like I do, and just throw in what you have. With exercise it is the same. You can get a personal trainer, go to a class, watch a video, read a book or you can wing it, like I do in this video. I like to work my muscles, get my blood flowing and feel good.
