'#mashedpotatoes #creamymashedpotatoes  Ingredients 1 KG potatoes 1/2 cup heavy cream 3 Tbsp butter at room temperature 1 Tbsp granulated mustard Salt and pepper to taste  Tips If you want a very smooth and silky mashed potatoes, you can use the hand blender or the food processor. I like mine with small lumps. You can add any kind of spices to the mashed potatoes.  You can substitute the granulated mustard with English mustard, or simple don\'t add any. But the granulated mustard gives the mashed potatoes a very unique taste.
