'Kam Heong Chicken/ Chinese - Malaysian Chicken Recipe'

'Kam Heong Chicken is a Chinese - Malaysian dish. A combination of chinese stir-fry and Malaysian cooking.   Ingredients  For marination:  800g of boneless chicken 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder 4tbsp of corn starch 1 tbsp of soy sauce   For the sauce:  5pcs dried chillis 5pcs of finely chopped shallots 1 bulb of minced garlic 2 stalks of lemongrass (cut and crushed) 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper 1 tbsp of soy sauce 2tbsp of oyster sauce 1/2 tsp of sugar 11/2 tbsp of curry powder 3 stalks of curry leaves 1/4 cup of soaked and chopped dried shrimp - keep water for later Oil for frying  Thank you for watching please don’t forget subscribe for more recipes!
