'Feeding Creatively: Chef John\'s Pot Roast in the Crock Pot [CC]'

'The host of the YouTube channel Food Wishes, John Mitzewich, better known to his audience as Chef John, has become an absolute icon of internet cooking. I first discovered him around 2011, 2013 if memory serves me right and he\'s been a go-to source for recipes for me ever since. I seriously make something of his at least once a week if not more so, to the point where when I tell my family, \"This is a new recipe I\'m trying,\" my sister will ask, \"Food Wishes?\"   Wednesday night, I made Chef John\'s pot roast, cooked in the crock pot. It\'s a wonderfully comforting combining of slow-roasted meat and vegetables in a savory sauce of sautéed onions and chicken broth. Absolutely delicious!
