'#mygadgetkitchen #recipes #instantpot   How to make pressure cooker mashed sweet potatoes using my 6qt Instant Pot Ultra.   4 large sweet potatoes peeled 1 cup water 6 tbsp butter  1 tsp ground cinnamon  1/4 tsp nutmeg  1/8 tsp ginger 1/4 cup maple syrup  Peel and rinse potatoes, cut into large pieces Add to pressure cooker with 1 cup water Seal pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes  Quick release pressure  Drain liquid  Add remaining ingredients  Mash and serve  I used my Braun immersion blender available here
