Pulse until all pieces are nice and small like stuffing ☺! Mashed Potatoes :http://youtu.be/hljqafaWp5A?t=2m43s • 3 cups of cauliflower • ¼ cup of cashews (soaked overnight) • 1 garlic clove • juice of 2-3 lemons • few sprigs of parsley/thyme • 5 scallion stems (green part only) • 1 tsp salt (optional) • few sprinkles of black pepper (optional) • 1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional) Directions: Combine everything into food processor.
