'Bonjour! Welcome back to my channel! I know I am kinda late with this review lol but S/O to one of my FAV youtubers!! I have been a fan of Mrs. Raye Boyce ever since I started wearing makeup my freshmen year of college! (August 2015). Congrats to her on creating her own AFFORDABLE makeup collection!  Overall, I gave her palette an A! I graded based on these 4 categories.   1. Price (A-): Price is ALWAYS the number 1 factor for be being a college student and what not. I paid $22.50 for her palette + shipping ($5.95) which = $28.45. Obviously shipping cost is by the actual company and not her. But still, shipping is always a pain in the neck!  2. Shipping Time Method (B+): I got the cheapest shipping option (USPS- Standard. I ordered it Nov. 18th and received it on Nov. 25th. It took about a week. I have amazon student prime so I wished everything got to me withing 2 days lol.   3. Quality (A+): The packaging material was excellent! Y\'all know how these postal service people be throwing our mail carelessly, so it\'s refreshing to know that what I ordered is in a secured package. Also, the palette was BEAUTIFULLY composed! If I\'m spending my hard earned money, it better be pleasing to my eyes! lol  4. Pigmentation (A+): The palette is VERY pigmented.
